A Norwell man injured in a car explosion was arrested after police say bomb making components were found in his vehicle. Officers are on scene at a home in Hingham, where additional bomb making components were found. Officials believe the cases are related.

Police shut down a section of Hopkinton on Saturday evening after calls came in of a potential bomb just a short distance from the Boston Marathon starting line. The caller claimed to have a bomb and was holding hostages in the library, but the library was closed. This is believed to be the latest in a string of "swatting" cases across the area.

The victim, identified only as a girl under 14-years-old, told police that the suspect approached her and touched her indecently. The suspect was chased out of the store and last seen running along Lexington Street in East Boston.
