Posted: Updated:
JACKSONVILLE, Florida (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A New Hampshire man accused of killing his parents and setting his home on fire waived his right to extradition and will be brought back to the Granite State.

Matthew Dion, 39, appeared in court in Jacksonville on Thursday morning.

U.S. Marshalls found Dion living and working under an assumed name in Florida after receiving a tip from someone who met Dion at a party recently.

Dion had been on the run for a year before his arrest on Wednesday.

Dion faces a fugitive from justice charge in Florida.

When he's extradited to New Hampshire, Dion will face one count of arson, two counts of second degree murder and a child pornography charge.
