BROCKTON, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A man charged with sexually assaulting children while working at a day care pleaded not guilty in court on Friday.
Kyle Loughlin, 22, allegedly sexual abused several children between January and March while he worked at the Bridgewater State University childcare center.
Loughlin was arraigned in Brockton Superior Court on two counts each of aggravated statutory rape and aggravated rape of a child and six counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14. Loughlin was also charged with larceny for allegedly stealing pairs of underwear from the day care.
Loughlin pleaded not guilty and his bail was set at $100,000. He was ordered to have no contact with children under the age of 14 and to wear a GPS monitoring bracelet if released.
Loughlin is next due in court on November 6.
