Lowell man allegedly assaults woman, threatens to kill her

NASHUA, NH (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A Lowell man was arrested after allegedly assaulting a woman and threatening to kill her.

Officers responded to a home in Nashua on Tuesday, where 23-year-old Zachary Noonan allegedly choked a woman that he knew.

Noonan was charged with second degree assault. He suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Noonan is scheduled for arraignment on Thursday at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections. He was held on $15,000 cash bail.
