BARNSTABLE, Mass. (
MyFoxBoston.com) -- Police issued a serious warning on their Facebook page Monday about the attempted abduction of a teenager.
The teen says she was followed from her bus stop on Putnam Avenue in Cotuit by a man in a pickup truck. She told police that the driver got out of the truck and tried to pull her into it.
She was able to get away and call police.
The suspect is described as a thin white male with short dark brown and gray hair, approximately 5'10" to 6 feet tall. He was driving an older reddish brown 4-door truck with rust near the driver's side wheel well.
