NASHUA, N.H. (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Two teenagers were arrested and charged with burglary in Nashua, N.H.
A 14-year-old girl and 14-year-old boy were charged with for Delinquent Child Burglary, Class B Felony, on Nov. 17.
On Nov. 16, Nashua police responded to 27 Mulberry St. for a report of a burglary. It was reported by the victim that someone had broken into his home and stole a safe containing an undisclosed amount of money.
Detectives of the Nashua Police Department’s Youth Services Division conducted an investigation and determined that the juveniles were responsible for the burglary. Two additional juveniles were previously arrested in connection with this burglary. The juveniles are accused of entering an occupied structure with the purpose to commit a crime therein.
The juveniles were released to a family member and will be arraigned at Nashua District Court at a later date.
