Man wanted in violent assault of two women

SALEM, N.H. (FOX 25 / myfoxboston.com) - Police are searching for a man who is wanted in a violent assault involving two women at a local restaurant.

The man, Ryan Emery, is wanted for numerous charges including domestic assault, simple assault and probation violations out of Salem District Court.

According to several witnesses, a fight between two women broke out in the parking lot of the Yanming restaurant. A male subject, identified as Emery, then intervened and viciously beat both of them. He threw one to the ground and choked her and threw the other through the restaurant’s plate glass window.

Police went to Holy Family Hospital and found the female that had been thrown through the window with severe facial injuries. This female and Emery were boyfriend and girlfriend, according to police.

Emery is also going to be charged with felony reckless conduct, second felony assault and criminal mischief. The two females also may face criminal charges.
