CONCORD, N.H. (FOX 25 / myfoxboston) - Police are investigating acts of vandalism in Concord that contained hurtful and derogatory remarks.
The first incident occurred between 5:30 p.m. on April 21 and 7:00 a.m. on April 22 at the Legislative Parking Garage. Various areas throughout the garage had been spray painted in blue, green and red with derogatory remarks, including “AIDS are Awesome.”
The second incident occurred between 3:00 p.m. on April 22 and 9:00 a.m. on April 23 at Rollins Park. The dugout had been spray painted in blue, red and white paint with more derogatory remarks, including the word “Fag.”
Other examples of graffiti found include racist and white supremacist messages, including swastikas and the phrase "white power."
Police are asking the public to contact them if they have any information regarding the incidents at (603) 226-3100. People could also submit information online at www.concordregionalcrimeline.com or text TIP234 and their message to CRIMES (274637). All tips are anonymous.
