(MyFoxBoston.com) -- Patriots fans are watching and waiting for a "deflategate" decision as the preseason finale quickly approaches.
Fans are waiting for the opinion of one man: Richard Berman, a federal judge in New York. Judge Berman said there would be a ruling by Friday, before the holiday weekend.
Judge Berman can either overturn Brady's four game suspension, or rule in favor of the NFL. If he rules in the NFL's favor, Brady can appeal and immediately seek an injunction, which would allow him to go to work on Saturday.
The Patriots face off with the Giants in their last pre-season game on Thursday night.
