The motion seems to account for the NFLPA's side of the case to get rid of NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell's 4-game suspension of Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady. The say the case discards player policies and failed to notify Brady of several standards when it comes to suspension.
On Friday evening, the NFL filed a memorandum saying the judge should let the punishment stand.
