A man from Everett accused of planning to support ISIS reportedly told police he believed attacks in civilians were justified.

BOSTON (
MyFoxBoston.com) - A Rhode Island man was arraigned in federal court Friday afternoon on charges of conspiracy to provide material support to ISIS.
According to the U.S. District Attorney, Nicholas Rovinski was involved in a plan with Usaamah Rahim and David Wright.
Police say there had been a terror investigation into Rahim for several years that culminated with his death on June 2 when he was
shot by BPD and FBI officers in Roslindale.Investigators spent several hours that day at
David Wright's house in Everett before arresting him. Wright is Rahim's nephew. Wright was arraigned on June 3.
Rovinski was arrested Thursday night in Warwick, Rhode Island after more than a week of investigations. He appeared in federal court Friday but did not enter a plea. He is being held without bail until his next hearing on June 19.
