BOSTON (AP) - A knife-wielding man killed by members of Boston's Joint Terrorism Task Force has been laid to rest.
A funeral was held Friday at the Mosque for the Praising of Allah in the city's Roxbury section for Usaamah Rahim, who authorities say plotted to kill police officers. He was buried at a Boston cemetery.

The 26-year-old Rahim was fatally shot Tuesday after investigators said he refused to drop a military-style knife as they sought to question him about "terrorist-related information." Police say video shows officers backing up and Rahim moving toward them before they fired.
After the funeral, Imam Ibrahim Rahim, Rahim's brother, thanked the public for respecting their privacy. Imam Abdullah Faaruuq, head of the Mosque for the Praising of Allah, also apologized for critical comments he made against police.
