BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- For the first time, an FBI agent detailed the movements of the Tsarnaev brothers before and after the bombings at and near the Boston Marathon finish line on April 15, 2013.

Much  of the case against Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is built on video evidence.

And revealed in court on Monday, the government showed just how much video was collected of Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev immediately before and after the marathon bombings.

A video compilation, produced the FBI, clearly shows the Tsarnaev brothers walking onto Boylston Street near Whiskey's bar.

Both brothers are carrying backpacks. Tamerlan is wearing a black baseball cap and Dzhokhar has on a white cap.

Surveillance cameras followed the brothers down Boylston Street.

Usually, Tamerlan is walking in front of Dzhokhar, but they occasionally switch places.

Just before arriving at Forum restaurant, Tamerlan continues walking toward the finish line, leaving Dzhokhar standing by himself.

He is Forum. At one point, Dzhokhar lowers his shoulder and the backpack is gone.

It is seen in another picture on the ground, with the Richard family at the barricade just feet away.

At 2:49:06 p.m., the FBI agent said the video shows Dzhokhar on the phone with his brother Tamerlan for 19 seconds.

When the first bomb explodes, Dzhokhar walks away, after standing at the Forum for four minutes.

After the second bomb explodes, there is video of Dzhokhar pushing people out of his way, making his escape onto Fairfield Street.
Tamerlan is caught by two cameras in front of the Kingsley Montessori school on Exeter Street.

He is also running away.

Earlier in the day, Danling Zhou, a friend of victim Lingzi Lu, remembered her friend's last moments.

"I was about to tell her, 'it's ok, lets go,'" Danling remembered telling Lingzi after they heard the first blast. "I didn't get a chance to say that."
