BOSTON (AP) - Jury selection in the federal death penalty trial of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has resumed after a two-day delay from a blizzard.
But the weather woes weren't over Thursday, either. Individual questioning of potential jurors was delayed by a couple of hours because some prospective jurors had trouble getting to the courthouse after the storm.
The winter storm dumped 2 feet of snow on Boston on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The 21-year-old Tsarnaev is charged in the 2013 attack at the marathon's finish line that killed three people and injured more than 260. He has pleaded not guilty.
The judge had originally said he hoped to question 40 potential jurors each day. But so far, an average of 14 jurors has been questioned each day.
