BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Congressman Joe Kennedy III is saying no to a run for governor in four years.

Fox 25 Political Reporter Sharman Sacchetti asked Kennedy if he will run for Congress next, Kennedy responded, "That is my plan."

When asked if a run for governor was in his future, Kennedy said no and added that his "sole focus is to the people of the Fourth District."

Kennedy raised eyebrows when he started a state Political Action Committee. His spokeswoman says it's meant to help support statewide candidates.
