GROVELAND (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Thousands of dollars are missing from a local youth football program and prosecutors say the league treasurer is responsible.

James Potenza, of Wakefield pleaded not guilty in court yesterday.

The 54-year old is accused of stealing up to $80,000 from the Pentucket Regional Football League over the course of five years.

Prosecutors say Potenza used an un-authorized a-t-m card to access the accounts. He is due back in court in June.
