NASHUA, N.H. (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Police arrested a New Hampshire man last night on a warrant issued for Fraudulent use of a credit card, Consolidation, Class B felony.
Michael Marquis, 44, of Nashua, was taken into custody just before 10 p.m.
On March 27, uniformed officers received a report for fraudulent use of a credit card. The investigation was then furthered by members of the Nashua Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division.
Upon further investigation, it was determined that Marquis had taken the ATM card of the complainant and had made numerous unauthorized withdrawals between the dates of March 1 and March 17.
A class B felony if punishable by up to 7 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines.
Marquis is currently being held on $1,000 cash or surety bail and will be arraigned today in Nashua District Court.
