WILMINGTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Massachusetts State Police ground and air units are looking for a suspect in a Wilmington home invasion that happened around 10 a.m.
The suspect is believed to have fled the scene in a silver Audi after the homeowner returned and found the man inside.
Tewksbury police chased the vehicle into Lowell where state police say the suspect dumped the car and bailed on foot in the area of Pond at Pleasant streets.
State police say they have identified the suspect -- who is known to police -- but are not releasing his name at this time.
