The story of an abandoned, blind Jack Russell terrier and his trusty guide dog is making headlines and warming hearts.

According to "Good Morning America", the blind dog, Glenn, and his buddy, a Staffordshire bull terrier named Buzz, were found inside a tunnel in the United Kingdom. Coxhoe rescue group Stray Aid took them in.

"They are inseparable," said Stray Aid volunteer Hannah Critchlow. "They instantly had a bond when they came in, so we kept them together. Whenever they're separated, they start crying and barking for each other."

The organization is trying to find a home for the pair, who must stay together because Buzz acts as Glenn's guide dog, leading him on walks and taking care of him.

Naturally, the calls are pouring in.

"Some dogs are here months and months and not one person looks at them or has interest, so there's an unusual amount of interest in them," Critchlow said. "Everyone is in love with them, and they're both just so friendly, lovable and very chill."
