The man who led the NFL investigation into allegations of ball tampering by the New England Patriots will reportedly be present tomorrow when NFL commissioner Roger Goodell hears Tom Brady's appeal of a four-game suspension over the matter.

ESPN reports Ted Wells will be at the hearing in New York.  In the report, Wells found that Brady was "at least generally aware" of illegal deflation of footballs by the Patriots during the AFC championship game.
