Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski visited Boston Children's Hospital to share some laughs with kids and present a monstrous check to the hospital courtesy of Dunkin Donuts.

Dunkin Donuts "Iced Coffee Day" raised more than $400,000 for children's hospitals around the Boston area. The donated money will improve the health and well-being of children and families in the area and beyond.

Gronkowski joined a number of Dunkin Donuts franchisees in presenting the check this afternoon at BCH in Boston.
