MyFoxBoston.com) -- The second of four questions on the Nov. 4 ballot is about expanding the state's drink container deposit law. Also known as the Bottle Bill, the measure would require deposits on all bottles of non-alcoholic drinks, except dairy, infant formula or medication, and increase the handling fee for bottlers and distributors.

yes vote on this measure would expand the state's bottle deposit law and increase handling fees, in addition to other changes.
A
no vote would keep the law the same.
