BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A friend of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was convicted of obstruction and conspiracy in the bombings investigation, and wants the guilty verdict tossed.
Lawyers for Azamat Tazhayakov filed a motion Wednesday citing a recent Supreme Court decision regarding what can be considered tangible evidence.
They feel that the federal government failed to properly determine the tangible value of a thumb drive inside the backpack taken from Tsarnaev's college dorm room.
