BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) --Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson was at the O'Neil Federal building in Boston, talking about ways to protect against the threat of terrorism and lone wolf attacks. He says he's meeting with the US Attorney, members of the FBI and law enforcement during his visit.
"Collaboration with community organizations, with state and local law enforcement, is becoming more and more important," he said. "This is not a job for the Federal Government alone."
Bridgewater State Political Science Professor Dr. Michael Kryzanek says the Federal Government is using a grassroots approach. While Johnson says he's visiting other cities, why Boston?
FOX 25 Political Reporter Sharman Sacchetti asked, "Do we take anything from that?"
"Well you've got the Marathon bombing, you've got two 9/11 flights here," Kryzanek said. "Boston is on the map of individuals who want to strike out against the United States."
