BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A Roxbury man is expected to be arraigned today following his arrest for allegedly selling a high-capacity firearm illegally during a joint investigation by local, state, and federal authorities.
Herbert Davis, 51, allegedly sold a Tec-9 semiautomatic assault pistol with an obliterated serial number and 30-round magazine, as well as a quantity of crack cocaine, during a transaction yesterday at his Harold Park residence.
The weapon was sold during a joint investigation by Boston Police, the FBI, and the Suffolk DA's Narcotics Unit.
Davis will be arraigned in Roxbury District Court.
