City employee arrested on drug charges

BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A city employee in Boston was busted, accused of trying to smuggle illegal drugs hidden in childrens' toys.

Gregory Horan, 30, who works in the city's Human Resources department, has been placed on unpaid administrative leave.

Police say he was caught picking up a package containing nearly 2,000 Oxycodone pills and 30 Xanax tablets. The pills were allegedly hidden among kids coloring books and plastic baby dolls.

Horan is expected to be arraigned this morning.
