Monitoring Sex offenders

(myfoxboston) - In a decision that left most in the commonwealth scratching their heads--the supreme judicial court recently ruled sex offenders convicted before 2006 cannot automatically be forced to wear GPS tracking devices.
As you might expect prosecutors in the commonwealth are questioning the wisdom of this ruling.
