Mom: Quinn is remorseful

QUINCY (FOX25, myfoxboston) - The mother of the man allegedly behind the wheel of the MBTA train that crashed near Government Center says her son is "remorseful" for the accident. FOX25's Keba Arnold has more on what she had to say.
