Realtors John McGeough and Anthony Lamacchia compiled their list of the
hottest towns in Massachusetts for the first quarter of 2014.
McGeough and Lamacchia determined the list by looking at the towns with the largest increases in the number of home sales. They say this is a sign that the town is a sought after location for buyers. Data for the list was provided by the Warren Group.
The realtors say nearly all of the top 10 had new construction home sales and many have top ranking schools.
