WELLESLEY, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A talented group of fifth graders from Wellesley became national champions this week.
The Wellesley Raiders became champs of the American Youth Football League after defeating a team from Detroit 20 to 7.
Wellesley's win marked the end of a perfect season. The team won 16 games in a row, including the final three in Kissimmee, Fla.
The team is the first from Massachusetts to win the American Youth Football League's top trophy.
