Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, who with Zac Efron is filming “Baywatch” on the Georgia coast, took a break to visit young hospital patients in Savannah.

 

“I surprised the children at Savannah’s Pediatric Specialty Ward aaaaand look at the concentration on lil’ Aiden’s face,” Johnson posted Saturday on Instagram.

 

They had finished shooting scenes for the movie at Memorial Health Hospital when Johnson decided to visit some patients upstairs. 

 

“Awesome experience and THANK YOU to all the hard working and caring staff who helped make this visit possible," Johnson wrote. "To all the kids I met – you guys keep smiling and staying strong."

 

Johnson even was a little jealous of one of the patient's scholastic abilities.

 

"And good Lord I wish I had Aiden’s concentration when I was in my high school math classes," Johnson wrote. "I wouldn’t have failed Algebra twice.”
