Man who posted pictures of Government Center construction won't be charged

Transit Police tell FOX25 they will not be pressing charges against a man who went in to the Government Center MBTA station before it was open and took pictures.
The unnamed man entered the unlocked station while it was still under construction on March 9 around 3:30 a.m.

Surveillance video shows him walk in, take some pictures and then leave the area a short time later.
Police say because the man did not pose any threat to construction workers and the gate was unlocked they have decided charges are not necessary.
