Billerica Police looking for missing teens

Billerica Police are looking for two missing 13-year-olds, both of whom suffer from depression.
Police said both Josh Goulart and Rachel Perrielo were last heard from early Friday morning.
Josh is 5-foot-9, weighs 210 pounds, and has brown hair. Rachel is 5-foot-7 and weighs 150 pounds. She is a white female, with brown hair and black framed glasses. She is possibly wearing a black sweatshirt, black beanie hat, and might be wearing a black wig.
Police said it is suspected the teens ran away and they may go to either Tisbury/Martha's Vineyard or New York City.
