Billy and Erik have transformed the old Runway Salon into an exciting new endeavor: Will Charles Salon! The talent is still top-notch and now the environment is more positive and friendly than ever. I had the keratin treatment done with Billy and my hair feels better than it ever has!!

Since Billy and Erik formed Will Charles Salon, the atmosphere at 11 Newbury Street has really turned around. I have been going to this salon for almost four years and the change is dramatic since Nino left. Everyone is so friendly and the place is so inviting. Billy has been doing my color this entire time and I have the most natural blonde highlights. I get a lot of compliments and I always enjoy my experience.

I got a hair cut and style at this salon on Newbury Street on short notice. Just happened to be walking on Newbury and walked in to see by chance if they could take me. Great place. Excellent service. Nice, relaxing shampoo. The best hair cut I've gotten so far.
