CONCORD, N.H. (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Police in are asking the public for their assistance in identifying the suspect in a recent act of extreme violence that occurred at the Capitol Commons parking garage.
The incident happened on Nov. 30 at about 5:15 pm at the Capitol Commons parking garage at 75 Storrs St. The suspect in this incident is a white male in his late teens or early twenties. The suspect was observed wearing a black hooded sweat shirt or jacket with the design of a cross on the back.
The suspect is accused of throwing a TV from the fifth floor of the garage on to Storrs Street. The TV impacted a vehicle that was leaving the garage and exiting onto Storrs Street. The vehicle, being driven by a twenty (20) year old Concord female, sustained extensive damage. The operator was not injured.
Evidence has been collected in regards to this incident. This act of violence and complete indifference to the value of human life appears to be random.
The Concord Police Department has recovered video surveillance from the garage and is asking the public to assist in identifying an individual of interest depicted in the photographs.
