WOBURN (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Quinlan Junta and alleged co-conspirator Jason Molle appeared in Woburn District Court today for a dangerousness hearing in connection to a violent home invasion.
Dramatic testimony was heard in court today from the unidentified victim in a Reading home invasion case.
The victim detailed the abuse he allegedly took Monday night when they burst into his apartment and was robbed of $800 at gunpoint.
Quinlan Junta stood in the same court his father Thomas Junta appeared in when he was charged with the beating death of fellow "hockey dad" Michael Costin at their children's youth hockey practice back in 2000. The fight was witnessed by the sons of both men.
Quinlan Junta never visited his father as he served time for manslaughter and Thomas Junta didn't appear for his son's earlier arraignment or the dangerous hearing today on assault and battery and home invasion charges.
The judge agreed with the prosecution at the hearing that the suspects are dangerous. But he is considering a GPS monitoring plan for the release of Jason Molle and Quinlan Junta at a hearing that continues tomorrow.
