SOUTH BOSTON - Three unsolved unarmed robberies in South Boston since Oct. 22 have left police seeking the public's help in identifying the suspect. All three incidents had similar suspect descriptions.
The robberies took place in the areas of K and E 8th Streets, O and E 7th Streets and P and E 4th Streets between the hours of 7 p.m. and 11 p.m.
The suspect has been described as a white male with brown hair, in his early 20s, approximately 5β11β, medium build.
The incidents took place on Oct. 22, Oct. 24 and Nov. 4. All three robberies had female victims who claimed their purses had been stolen from them.
The Boston Police Department is actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding these incidents. Anyone with information is strongly encouraged to contact Area C-6 detectives at 617-343-4742.
