Police seek help in identifying purse snatcher

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. - The woman depicted in the surveillance photo to the left was responsible for the theft of a purse from a shopping cart on Nov. 9, police say.

The Portsmouth Police Department is looking for the public's help in identifying this woman who allegedly stole a purse from an unsuspecting shopper at a Market Basket on Woodbury Avenue.
