Holyoke toddler's death described as 'suspicious'

HOLYOKE (AP) - Holyoke police are describing the death of a toddler as "suspicious."
Police say emergency medical responders went to the 19-month old girl's home on Sunday evening and took her to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield.
Lt. Matthew Moriarty says she died Monday.
The little girl had visible injuries including cuts and bruises. An autopsy is scheduled to determine a cause of death.
Moriarty tells The Republican (http://bit.ly/pLpYDI) that the case remains under investigation and nobody has been arrested.
