BROCKTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A grand jury has indicted an Ecuadorian national with 2 counts of first degree murder for the February killing of a Brockton woman and her 2-year-old son.

Officials say 41-year-old Luis Guaman retreated to his native country just before the bodies of his girlfriend and her son were discovered in a dumpster outside their apartment.

He is now being held in Ecuador for falsifying his passport.

Prosecutors are fighting to have him returned to the United States.
