Cops look for Burger King thief

BURLINGTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Police are searching for two people wanted in the theft of personal items taken from a bag at a Burlington Burger King.

Police say on Aug. 25, a female and her friends were at the restaurant and forgot the bag behind. When they returned to retrieve it, the victim’s driver's license, Social Security card and Citizens Bank debit card were missing.

A male and female saw the bag and waited until the victim left, according to police. That’s when the female suspect took the bag, went through it and then put it back.

The two suspects left Burger King on foot towards Adams Street.
