CHARLTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A 22-year-old worker at a diabetes camp in Charlton will face indecent assault charges for his alleged assault of a 2006 camper who was under the age of 14 at the time.
According to the Telegram and Gazette, a 16-year-old Acton boy who attended the Joslin Diabetes Camp made an allegation against Jonathan S. Pilsmaker of Boxford in October 2010. It was only recently that a clerk magistrate found probable cause to file charges.
The newspaper reports that the teen claims Pilsmaker told the male campers to show their genitals to him and told them to play the game “truth or dare” during the summer of 2006. He also alleges that Pilsmaker would inappropriately touch the boys and have the boys touch him during the night.
Pilsmaker will be arraigned in Dudley District Court on April 3 on charges of indecent assault and battery on a person under 14.
