Brockton man accused of selling drugs inside a Bridgewater pub

BRIDGEWATER (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A Brockton man was arrested on drug distribution charges Wednesday night for allegedly selling marijuana out of the Bridgewater pub where he works.
According to the Enterprise , 25-year-old Shaun Shubert was arrested in a raid at the Broad Street Pub following a two-month investigation by local law enforcement.
Investigators allege that Shubert sold marijuana to undercover officers at the Broad Street establishment. They claim Shubert carried out one sale in the presence of the pub’s owner, reports the newspaper.
Shubert was arraigned on three counts of distribution of a class D controlled substance on Thursday. In light of the arrest, the Broad Street Pub is subject to investigation by the Alcohol and Beverage Control Commission.
