Braintree woman allegedly used baby stroller to steal from South Shore Plaza

BRAINTREE (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A Braintree woman is accused of using a baby stroller to stash stolen jewelry from stores at the South Shore Plaza.
According to the Patriot Ledger, security officers in the Braintree shopping center reportedly witnessed 26-year-old Lien Thikim Nguyen place pieces of jewelry from the Sears store in her baby stroller last Wednesday.
The newspaper reports that Nguyen was taken to the security office where security officers allegedly recovered $200 in jewelry from Macy’s as well as $500 from Sears.
Nguyen is charged with larceny and receiving stolen property.
