Boston Police investigate shooting in Mattapan

    BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Boston Police are investigating a shooting on River Street in Mattapan.

    Police tell FOX 25 they received a call around 9:12 p.m. Wednesday about a shooting.

    They arrived to the area of 871 River Street to find a male victim who was shot in the chest. He was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
