Auburn Police tell FOX 25 that 19-year-old Kyle Minton was taken into custody on Friday morning and charged with disturbing an assembly and threatening to commit crime.

According to Police Sergeant Jeffrey Lourie, Minton is accused of making threats that include, “bodies are going down today,” and, “you’re going to need a SWAT team.” The comments were taken seriously.
