Possible criminal
charges in death

- Police may file criminal charges in the death of a 16-year-old Wellesley girl.

Laurie Zimmerman, 48, of Andover, owns the home where Elizabeth Mun was last seen Sunday morning.

Mun's body was found in a frozen pond hours later.

Police say Zimmerman left her son home alone the night of the party.

The Boston Herald is reporting that Zimmerman was arrested and charged in 2004 for pot possession. She may face charges if police find evidence of criminal activity on her property around the time of Mun's death.
