(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - For all the teaching, legislation, testing and benchmarking in public schools today, very little progress has been made toward closing the achievement gap between low and middle class students.
Wendy Koop says the traditional approach is all wrong. She's written a book called "A Chance to Make History," which examines what she believes it will take to transform the educational system in the U.S.
