(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - As commencement season comes to a close and the graduation parties are over, it's time to think about landing that first job.

But for young adults on the hunt, the job search may look a lot different than it did for their parents.

Stephanie Kaplan is the co-founder and editor-in-chief of hercampus.com and she says a simple resume is no longer enough to land the job of your dreams.
