(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Studies have found that a regular meditation practice contributes greatly to an overall sense of well being. After being introduced to meditation in 2004, Andy Kelley found the benefits to be so great that he gave up his regular job to teach meditation to people of all ages. He is now known as "The Boston Buddha" and he stopped by FOX25 to share his story.
